Calbus Properties - disgusting service!

The matter below is unfortunately for a rental agent at Calbus properties to show the type of service that's offered. I was looking for a rental and this is what transpired...it's quite long.

17 July - I sent an enquiry for a property that was just listed on this day. No response. I tried calling, no response. I WhatsApp'd the agent - no response. I called again and she answered, practically rushing me on the call but said she'd give me feedback by that evening.

18 July - I get a whatsapp from her asking about occupation and nothing further.

20 July - I asked for an update and still no response. I noticed she was online so I called yet my call was declined as she said she was in a meeting. I asked someone if they could rather call her and she took their call and advised that the unit in question was already taken.

21 July - She finally responds and says the unit is taken and sends me pics of another unit to which I asked if it were possible to view the next day as I was in the area. She said she'd get back to me and as expected- nothing.

24 July - she lists the new property that she sent me pics of. I followed the correct procedure and sent an enquiry- no response. I WhatsApp'd her again asking if I could view and she sent me a voice note saying "really?? You aren't serious! I sent you the pictures know Friday! " 😐 by then my patience had reached its end and I sent a VN back telling her I would report her to the principal if her agency because that is no way you treat a client. She proceeded to block me.

25 July - I contacted her agency and was told her principal was busy but she'd get back to me. I spoke to two different people (one being the receptionist and the other being the principal's PA) who apologized and assured me the lady would get back to me. I told them if no action was taken I would take it to social media.

It is now 1 Aug and I have heard zilch. What has happened to taking pride in one's work and offering customer service?? I have all the screenshots to prove this plus the VN that was sent. What's more shocking is this woman is an intern! I am honestly appalled at the lack of service that was given but also the lack of concern from the company that their employee displays this kind of behavior. I literally gave them enough time to rectify the matter yet I suppose it's not that serious.
