Calbus Properties

I've had endless problems with Calbus since day 1. . If you were considering using Calbus especially to rent, please be aware that there is no customer satisfaction. I was billed for utilities not discussed when signing a contract. The accounts were often calculated wrong. When queried, they just shrugged thier shoulders.

When i started getting a bad feeling about this company, I was backed up with many bad reviews about Calbus Properties. (They have definitely honoured thier bad reviews)

They add charges when they feel like it without your approval. The accountant miscalculates and it becomes your problem. They make you run in a triangle when it suits them to deal with owner, and when it suits them they tell you not to speak to owner.

Please save yourself the stress and money, use another agency who appreciates and honours good paying clients/customers
