Avoid this company!
I moved into the property in June 2025 and, due to unforeseen circumstances, terminated my lease at the end of September 2025. I accepted and paid the applicable cancellation fees, as I understand the contractual obligations of early termination.
What followed, however, was entirely unacceptable.
Despite having paid my deposit in full at the commencement of the lease, I was subjected to an exhausting and unnecessary battle to have the remaining balance refunded. There were no formal entry or exit inspections conducted. I personally documented the condition of the unit with dated photographs at both entry and exit to protect myself.
Upon vacating, I was initially presented with excessive and unjustifiable charges that appeared designed to significantly reduce, if not eliminate, the deposit owed to me. Only after instructing an attorney to make formal contact and threaten legal action was my deposit refunded on 23 January 2026, several months after I had vacated the property. This delay is indefensible and reflects extremely poor administrative and ethical standards.
The condition of the unit at move in was unacceptable. The property was filthy and clearly not prepared to a reasonable rental standard. It took nearly a month to address basic issues such as a broken sliding door and visible mold within the unit. The mold was repeatedly painted over rather than properly treated, resulting in it reappearing. In addition, the unit was infested with ****roaches. The agency’s response amounted to little more than an apology, with no meaningful or lasting intervention to resolve the infestation.
Communication throughout my tenancy was consistently poor. The managing agent, was largely unreachable, failed to answer calls, and displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability.
This was, without question, the most distressing and draining rental experience I have encountered. The prolonged struggle to recover funds legally owed to me should never require legal threats to achieve resolution.
Prospective tenants should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this agency and the properties they manage. My experience reflects serious deficiencies in maintenance standards, communication, and financial administration.
Deeply disappointing. Entirely avoidable.
