AVOID - THEY DON'T PAYBACK DEPOSIT AND POOR MAINTENANCE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DON'T PAY BACK YOUR DEPOSIT. Their units are full of mold, and they will blame it on you. They are refusing to pay back my deposit because the whole unit needs to be repainted due to mold. ALL THEIR units are facing this problem, and it's the tenants that suffer and pay. The maintenance was the worst when I stayed there and the electricity was out of this world.
