Even the 1 star given is too much of a high review for the **** service they offer. They are unprofessional, do not do follow ups despite a client showing intrest in a property . They **** and said they had to draw up a letter specifically for me to apply for the home I wanted to purchase.. Despite being advised and given all the necessary documents that the finances for the requested amount to purchase are in order, they kept requesting for documents needed and kept trying to push that I apply for a home loan through them when challenged they **** and said a cash offer was submitted despite the apartment being on the market long after their lies. They were not aware that since 2 different employees gave me 2 completely different addresses for their durban offices yet one is Zanele Makhaye and the other her prodege who works directly under her.. They got cagey and ****ed off when called out on it since I took a drive past their address and found out it's a vacant land between two blocks of flats. To home owners please do not advertise your property through this company, they turn down legit offers from people who don't want to be part of their **** and want to force you into bussiness with people that are gullable who they can run their side **** from..
