VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a company we bought 4 x vouchers from Hyperli for items supp**** by Calasca. I have been trying for over a week now to get feedback regarding our order and delivery. Everytime Nombulelo just tells me that it will be checked and will come back to me, but that never happpens. The Managing Director is aware of all my communications as well, but still nothing happens. Where is the price in your business?
