Shocking service, dishonest

<p>Don't expect to receive the item you bought. You will see an item and read the description, but they will send you something that doesn't quite fit the description or look like what you bought. After a lot of attempting to get hold of them and giving you the run around, they then will give you the opportunity to return the item at your cost. Unfortunately for me, the cost of returning the item would be more than the value of the refund. If they deem the item not to be 100% perfect, they won't even give you a refund. And remember, they don't respond very quickly so you may have set up an item that isn't what you bought and it may take a week or so for them to get back to you. So in this week, there may be a scratch or a mark which will give them a reason to reject your refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>My advise is to rather find a reputable and honest company to deal with.</p>
