Shocking Service

I bought a gazebo from Calasca and when it arrived there were no instructions on how to put it up. When we tried to put it up the side tore. I emailed and chatted to someone from Calasca regarding this and all they told me was that all their gazebos come with instruction manuals. I find it strange that our didn't.

Moreover since then our gazebo cover was torn to shreds from a storm and when i inquired as to whether they sell the covers they said no. I pretty much have to buy a whole gazebo again.
