Quick to take your money,slow to respond

I recently purchased a cupboard for R400.00 from Calasca through bid or buy. I was sent a message that it would be delivered through Churchills International. When i followed up with them , they said they never received the parcel. I phoned the supplier back and all he keeps saying is that they did send it. I don't care who has to take responsibility i paid for a product, now both sides are shrugging their shoulders. My best advice to anybody is don't buy online. They say it's safe but when this happens everybody looks away. They all got what they want so why would they care. Needless to say i'm definitely not buying online again.
