Order cancelled after waiting an hour and a half!

I placed an order on Uber eats for the Zevenwacht Mall branch and only after waiting an hour and a half I was informed that my order was cancelled!!! This after all other food shops are already closed! Please work on your time management. Inform your customers in time so that we can make alternative arrangements!
