Disgusting customer service

I was utterly disappointed when I ordered the surf and turf Gatsby options. I ordered my meal at 4pm. Expecting it to be delivered at 6pm, as we are fasting and that's when we break our fast. 6pm came and went. We broke our fast and then we waited and waited and waited. We have 3 young children at home, nobody cooked as the intention was we order food, everyone at home was hungry waiting. At some point we decided, the food was not coming anymore, as it was reaching 8pm. Then the food arrives, half cold food with a warm drink. I think the most upsetting part is that since 5pm, as much as I messaged and called I got no response. Absolutely nothing. Nobody to confirm if the food is still coming, nobody to confirm that the food is on its way... I will never, never order or buy from this place again.
