Disgusted, did the fish swim away?

I am absolutely disgusted with the food and service received at Calamari's Total garage. My mom bought a hake n calamari gatsby on Friday and after I consumed mine she asked me how big my fish was and if I got calamari strips on my piece. I told her that I thought that it was a chips gatsby. She then took her piece back to the store as we all had our pieces and wasn't aware that it should have been a fish gatsby. The manager said that they would never make such a mistake and that she should not try her luck.

He did not evens acknowledge the fact that they could've made a mistake or no sane person would drive all the way back just for a piece of fish. SMH, I could you serve people like that. I will never go there again.
