Not happy. At all with the service I got from them

I ordered hake and chips at Calamari at Canal Walk. While eating, I injured the inside of my mouth because the fish was extremely dry, and the chips were brown and oily. When I showed the staff how my mouth looked, they were rude and asked me what I expected them to do. After about 15 minutes, they said they were still waiting for the manager who is at Promenade to respond on WhatsApp. My mouth is still sore as we speak.
