False advertising and bad hospitality

Morning of arrival the reception lady asked what time we will arrive, I said 12pm. Arrived at 12:05 and phoned and phoned without any luck.,eventually just past 1 we got hold of her no apology at all. Pictures shows horses, a dam and a stunning view. We got a cottage hidden between nothing and a gate with no views. Were told there is tv, it shows nothing, crockery doesn't match or make a set of even 4. Struggled with water. Wanted the kids to swim but was told the pool isn't clean. We couldn't find the dam or any horses. Again couldn't get hold of anyone to ask about the alarm we had to put on. <br> Feel it's false advertising and certainly not the price worth.
