Brilliant service, saved a really bad experience wirh leroy merlin

Had a really bad experience with leroy merlin, was forced to go the ombudsman route, only then, after 3 weeks, did leroy merlin take action and raise the query with their supplier who is Calasca. Within 24 hours, they fetched the incorrect order and delivered the correct, throughout the process they kept me informed. Gezani was absolutely brilliant, I will never do business with leroy merlin again but will with this supplier
