What a cake! :(

Good day

I write this email with sadness and a lot of disappointment in the cake that I ordered from you lastweek for my daughter's baptism.

1. The cake did not look anything like the cake I ordered. I know you cannot get the cake atleast 100% but even this was worse to a point where someone remarked that maybe it was given to a trainee to do. While I was still in disbelief...

2. We cut the cake, I hoped that the taste would make up for how it looked. I always brag about how your cakes can be eaten by people who cant stand sugar. This cake tasted like it was made out of a whole 5kg of sugar on top of that it was stale and breaking.

I just thought you should know about this as a long standing customer.
