Very poor service and can't deliver on orders made

I ordered cup cakes in August paid 50% deposit and collection was for 9th Sep. I got there to collect and I received very poor service. My order was no were to found and the cup makes were not made. I was told to wait for 10 min which became hour without anyone telling me what was happening. When I asked they said they are done although they were not honest. They dropped some the cup cakes on the floor while in the process. I asked what was happened and one gentlemen said the cup cakes fell. I was requested to wait for another 10 min while they tried to sort out the mess. i requested my money back and they tried to bribe be with R100 after having waited for more than an hour. they tried to delay and i eventually got my money back and left without the cup cakes. The service is extremely poor and it the second time I placed an order, paid but when i go and collect there is nothing. Other customers were also complaining about the poor service when i was there on the 9th. this is really not acceptable at all.
