I sent them a oic of a simple light green cake. Seems their bakers and decoraters are color blind... it was supposed to have butterflies that are alive and full of life. But instead i got dead ones . Its my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it has been ruined. Her name was misspelt. How the hell does one go from Alexandra to Elexndra? Like the fvck?
