fruit gateaux rotting cream

It was the worst experience ever!! On Friday 22 June 2018... had driven to Cakes for Africa in Silverton area and bought the Fruit Gateaux, on Friday the kids had slices of cake and that night they did not sleep... vomiting and running tummy,

On Saturday I had to take my 2 boys early to the hospital for check up since they had circumcision... we came back in the afternoon. ..so I tried to call Cakes of Africa to let them know about the cake... at 14:31 I placed the call...but no answer.

So I saw on their webeside that they do open on Sunday's now... then left home at 9:00 to let them have a taste of their cake.

I was told by the maNigerians that they are waitingredients for the owner on Monday since they run everything through him. They said the cake tasted fine.

My problem was the cream, had a serious aftertaste in the mouth and was sour.

What's bothering is that they do not want to accept that they are at fault... or something can go wrong with their products. They are selling perishable things!!!

I am very disappointed with them I have been their customer for years I never thought I would experience the treatment given after laying a complaint of their rotting cream cake.

By the way the lady from Cakes for Africa just called me 30 min ago and told me that every one claims that there is nothing wrong with the cake.

I don't think I could have gone there just to waste myour petrol. But we learn as we go I guess.
