Cracked Cup Cakes Supp****

Hello Peter. I placed an order for theme cupcakes for my child birthday from Cakes For Afica. The agreement was for collection to be made Monday the following week. A Friday prior collection I called to change the theme and collection date to Wednesday of the same week initially agreed upon. I was informed to write an email which i did. To my suprise on wednesday when I went to collect the products, not only was the theme not changed but worse of all the cupcakes with an old theme were cracked. The theme picture on top of each cupcake was cracked such that the theme looked bad. I complained to the manager obviously after waiting for more than half an hour for him to attend to me, but I was told there was nothing they could do unless I paid more money. I refused and just went on to use the cracked cupcakes for my child birthday at day care.<br> <br> The manner which the case case was handdled was horrible and would definitely not advice anybody to purchase any special orders at Cakes For Africa.<br> They are definitely not after customer satisfaction but greed for gain irrespective of their poor product quality.
