Bad Service : Cakes for Africa Silveton Pretoria

Receive a very bad service and was treated badly. I had place an order well in advance and also paid a deposit. On the 9th of September i went to collect my order and the cakes where not baked after i had paid a 50% deposit. No one care to assist and they kept me waiting without providing any feedback. The staff there should be trained on how to treat customers and how to apologies and acknowled their mistakes. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and i do not see my self going back there again. They should be ashamed of taking people's money but no delivering. That is ***** to me.
