Bad cake

I am terribly dispointed with cakes for africa Nina park. I purchased a caked only to find that the cake was not well baked. Everyone who had a slice could not finish it because of the taste and texture of the cake. It was like we are eating raw dough . I have send a message via whatsapp to complain about the cake but istead i was asked 2000 questions as if i dnt understand myself. The manner which the complaint was handled is so bad that i was told that they cannot take the accountability. I was asked to bring back the cake of which i agreed to do so on my day off but i was told its too far. Cakes of Africs does not value their customers its ok for them just to take money but when coming to resolving problems they judt dnt care.
