Bad experience with Cake for Africa Karen Park Pretoria

On the 04/09/2024 my birthday, I bought a cake from Cake for Africa Karen Park Pretoria,only to find that when I arrived home cutting the cake I was not happy about it, on the 05/09/2024, I went back to the shop and lodged a complaint , I found the store manager and explained my dissatisfaction , I was saddened by how he handled the matter. I felt he was unprofessional and demeaning, I ended up didn't having my birthday cake in my position. I'll never recommend them to anyone, maybe another branch.
