Worse,bad,worse ever Service

I just send my daughter to buy a red velvet cake at the nkomo village,attridgeville. So she made a mistake by buying a cream cake I told her go back in within 2 minutes she was just outside of the store at the door. She went back in to change it for a icing cake they refused I called them they refused. They service is rotten. The cake never left the door and they .still refuse.i want all people to know about the bad consumer service and the disregard of satisfaction. Places like this needs to close.Department of health should also inspect
