Unfair treatment and disohnestly.

On the 09/02/24 I bought a birthday Cake for my Daughter when i got home and we cut the cake and we realize that the cake is not fresh and i reported to the store iws told to bring it but i kept on forgetting on the the fourht day i took the cake and i was told they wont exchange it for me as the cant see their expiring date and i took long to bring it ,however icexplain to the Customer care that i kept on forgetting and she actually refused . Cake zone is not our local business to support cause they only want to gain not to loose we must loose by supporting them but at the end of the day we as customers are not treated fairly and we are not recognised by them.
