Rude Cakezone Whatsapp admin, wrong flavor

I ordered an Oreo flavoured Cake, I got a vanilla cake, very good though, but wasn't what i ordered. I sent a pic of the cake onto their Watsapp line, some tswana lady called me. I was glad someone called me, i was expecting an apology but that call just ruined everything. She asked what the problem is and as i already mentioned it, told her and then all hell broke lose. She asked if ive ever tasted THEIR Oreo cake. I told her no but I've tasted Oreos and she told me it says "oreo flavored filling". I said but that's not what i ordered and then she just started speaking over me, i asked her to listen first, shame She could not even hear that part cos she kept talking. She told me she's trying to help me, i asked how shes gonna help if she can't even listen to me and then BOMB. She tells me shes hanging up and will call me tomorrow during her working hours.... WHAT???? I once stopped using Cakezone all because of their attitude. Someone from Head office called me and i took a chance and my sons 21st cake was perfect. I order for my other sons cake and Wow... Mistakes happen, i get that, i was expecting atleast an apology not her to ask me if i knew what Their Oreo cake tasted like....
