Poor customer service

The cake zone at Clearwater mall is for far the worse customer service i have ever experianced. I have placed an order for a cake on the 6 June 2021 and paid them cash upfront. This was fir my moms 67th birhday and i explained on the day i was purchasing the cake that i nned this ready by 9h30am on the 12th of June 2021 which is the day of my moms birthday. I drove there at 9h30 they did not have the cake ready and asked be to come back at 10h30 again i drove to Clearwater cake zone to fetch the cake and guess what they still did not have have the cake ready. This has really dampened my spirits and stating to spoil my moms special day. This place has by far the worst service. I was then told they will deliver the cake to me. I know have to go buy another small cake just to substitue this for my mom. I cannot belive as a bissiness which suppose to thrive on customer service does such things to disappoint people. So sad......
