Horrible cake at cake zone mall of tembisa

yesterday 19-07-2023 I went to cake zone at mall of Tembisa I bought a cake with kit kat flavor, the cake was testing so horrible the sponge was dry and this is not first-time incident it happened. today 20-07-2023 i went to the store to return the cake staff told me cake taste fresh and they cannot refund me. Then ask for the number for head office i spoke to the lady by the name of Caro she said if the staff said the cake taste fresh, they cannot refund me that means is me who don't like the cake and she was so rude to me i asked to speak to one of her superior she said the is no one. Then they took the cake the y said cake need to go for testing then they should decide whether they can refund me or not.
