Dissatisfied customer!

I'm disappointed by the tinkerbel cake I ordered and collected on the 15th October. I ordered a cake and cupcakes with tinkerbel on and I received a plain cake and cupcakes with the picture on the side for me to (DIY) cut the picture myself and I had to place that picture over the writing!!! The cake was definitely not what I wanted and when I asked for the cake to be fixed I was told the driver is already gone, like how is that my fault then I still had to pay for that cake that wasn't satisfying to me as the customer!!!! Truly disappointed!!!
