Disgusting ****** biscuits, bad service at cake zone maponya

I went to cake zone maponya for scones only to find their stock arrives late the sales advice me to buy the ****** biscuits,I'm so disappointed about the taste of them and I gave them to my team only to find it was not my taste buds the biscuits are horrible too much of ****** on them and they even taste as Chilli, I called and spoke to Carol but she said I must go to the store I went there as if they will help me, I looked like a fool the while the store assistant telling me that Carol said these nothing wrong with the biscuits they will never change for me to scones.
