Customer service
Customer service is good the staff members were welcoming , they explained every detail before ordering but when it comes to getting your order back I went to enquire the staff members tried to call the back end guys they were rude to her and didn't give feedback on what was delaying my order, they need to start treating they employees with respect since they're the face of cakezone and inorder to provide good services.
