Cake Zone is disorganised

I had the worst experience with Cake zone in Pretoria. I ordered a cake for my son as he was Turning one and I showed them the picture, the initial price I was told was R650 and after paying the deposit I was told it is actually R750. I then paid for it without giving any problems as I was told they are a big bakery that knows what they’re doing. I told them I’ll fetch the cake on Saturday the 30th of November at 10 and when My husband went to fetch the cake he was told the driver went back with the cake and they don’t know why, the driver was called but he didn’t come and that resulted in my husband having to go to the warehouse after waiting for an hour. When he got the cake he did not check assuming it is fine as it is from a big bakery but the cake was nothing like the picture, the cream on top was actually smudged and the cake had bent to the side mind you I had to do a photoshoot for my son who was turning one. I’m so disappointed in that bakery and will never use them again, I will also tell everybody in my social circle about it so that they don’t even think of using them, they really inconvenienced me and I feel like I just wasted my money.
