Bad service and rude manager

I'm truly disappointed about the service I received at cake zone .I went to cake zone to order a cake last week Thursday for a birthday .which I was supposed to pick it up on Friday the 15 th to take it to a school.for birthday celebration.unfotunatly due to kids being poisoned.the school.informed that they can't accept the cake .I called the shop to cancel the cake on the 12 th which was tuesday.only to be told that I can't cancel because the cake has been already done .ok then we decided that because we can't cancel .we will take the cake to my husband s work function so that they can celebrate with our son .on this cake I asked them to write two names which is my son and the other girl that stays in orphanage .I normally order for the girl because she is an orphan .so when I asked cake zone to remove the girls name and leave my son's name as the girl cannot be at my husband work function.still they refused .I was sent the picture that the cake has been baked already still I asked if they can remove the other name .but they refused they gave me a manager number by the surname of Botha the guy was so rude from the beginning when I greeted him he was like ja .he showed no customer care .he ended up telling that he can't remove the name even when I explained that now the cake is going to be taken to defence force off Wich the other child cannot be taken with so it must be my son's name that is on the cake he told me he doesn't ****en care if my husband works for defence force.where is humanity in this .I'm so disappointed of how the manager was rude .I will not buy from that company again even though I have already paid deposit I don't feel like fetching the cake .and I believe they sell stale cakes how can a cake by order be done 3 days before pick up date .it's highly impossible that the cake was baked and iced today as they sent me a picture at 8.30 in the morning ..I hope other people will think twice before they order from that shop .and worse even my husband work last year ordered a big cake for celebration of 75th birthday of air force and it was my husband who ordered from them trust me they will not order from them again after this
