Bad communication

I was disappointed this morning when I visited the shop in mams mall. I called the shop on Thursday 14 December to enquire about the ordering times which were explained to me. When I got there this morning I was told a different story. The staff told me that orders for the specific day that I requested were suddenly closed. Cake Zone should pass on these messages to their branches on time so that we avoid such misunderstandings. Now my guests will eat a stale cake. I don't think I'll ever recommend this shop for friends and family.
