Complaint for Cake Zone Pan Africa Mall - 09/06/2026 15:47:02
I'm a frequent customer at cake zone and I normally use both Alex Mall and Pan Mall. I must say the service i received at Pan mall was disgusting. Today I bought red velvet cupcakes and carrot cake, and when I reached the till, two ladies were there, one was on a call and the other was available. However, when I reached there, the one who was available, did not even give me eye contact, she just grabbed my things and said to me 'plastic'. Then, I said 'How are you' she looked at me and said hi, with a very bad attitude. I then responded to question of plastic and said yes. She threw me with it, I asked her again, did you just threw me with a packet of plastic, she just looked me in the eye. I proceeded and gave her money, and she gave me change. Then, before I took my bag, I asked aren't you going to say thank you, she looked on the side and said thank you with a lower voice. I then left, as I reached the door, she shouted, yho, 'twice'. I looked back and she said yho again. The till cashier's name on the slip says, Sihle. What a bad service from pan mall cake zone, i'm shattered. Is this the service we are expected to receive? This was the most awful service I have received compared to Cake Zone Alex mall, the ladies there are always friendly and will to assist. Please do something about this complaint, the lady deserves a warning and training on how to treat customers.
