Complain about customer service

The manager Thoko of Cake World confectionary was rude, arrogant and had a condescending tone, she didn’t show any care or interest to my complain. As I had purchased a cake that wasn’t off standard and I had to take it back and this was not the first time this has happened and during the times were I complained about the product they made no afford whatsoever to assist me. I even demanded a refund and they still gave me problems in getting my refund back. Thoko when as far as blocking me and throwing insults, while I was trying to get feedback from them on how are we going to deal with the matter because they had failed to comply with the customer service.
