Cake Smash is very unprofessional!!!

I had photoshoot session with Mariska from Cake Smash, whom I informed that I was not happy with the quality of the pics and below was the response I received:

No she redone it ( her editor) And that is the best she can do with it. I told you theres many factors White - Navy Decor Grey clothing - Dark Jean's Not the same Photographer This is my style of photography I am sorry that you didnt like it but your friends thought it's nice and that's why they booked with me. I can't do anything else because I can't change my style. Why didn't you tell them you want to book with the other photographer. Instead you waited until the shoot is over ? I feel so sorry for your friends because it was a gift.

I informed her that even after the editing was done there was no difference as pics still looked unsatisfactory. I mean for her to even ask me why didn't I tell my friends that I wanted another photographer? After I have informed her that this was a surprise gift from my friends!

Secondly, ask me why did I wait for the shoot to be over! How else was I supposed to view her work besides waiting on the pics to be sent to me to view?

I am very furious bcz she's been paid to deliver a product that is satisfactory to the client and she's saying there's nothing she can do!!!
