Cake Matters

Very disappointed with the cake I ordered for my sisters birthday- Did not get what I paid for...It was confirmed 3 times on WhatsApp that it would be a chocolate cake with caramel filling. When we cut the cake it ended up being a basic white icing that tasted very sweet. I’m sorry, but there’s a big TASTE difference between caramel and icing. Worst is when I sent Heather a msg she did not respond until I had to send a 2nd msg to her. Very poor after sales service. Offered me 5% discount for the mistake...which basically amounts to R30 off my next order...

I will add that the cake was beautifully made but i also expected it to taste good as well..
