Pink Drive Raffle at East Rand Wedding Show: ****?

At the Cake Extreme Paul exhibition at the East Rand Wedding Show I entered a raffle to win a wedding cake. Later the same day I was contacted via phone that i won the raffle for a R9000 wedding cake. Later the same day I received a confirmation SMS that stated I would be contacted shortly, which never happened. When I later phoned the number Paul told me that the prize has been given to someone else because i did not contact him. Now my questions: Why didn't they contact me as promised in the SMS? Who actually won the prize? Was the proceeds really donated to PinkDrive as stated at the raffle? Is this a ****?
