Unfinished wedding Cake

I so regret entrusting my wedding cake with this company. I got married on the 17th of November 2018, the wedding venue recommended this supplier for my cake with no hesitation I went with them. I paid the full amount of the cake in August 2018 and amount of R4800. When the day of my wedding came, I got a cake that looked unfinished, I was horrified by what I saw the cake really ruined my wedding day. For that matter I left the cake at the venue and asked the supplier to go pick up their cake and asked for a refund. The own who's name is Jabu has been giving me a run around with my refund, at first he said he will do it but to date I have not seen a dime of my money. I'm so angry because I'm stuck with pictures of a cake thats so ugly, a wedding only comes once in a lifetime and he has ruined the memory but he doesn't want to even refund me.
