Unreliable

I ordered cupcakes for a baby gender reveal party at short notice. I said that i would pay the account online and was only told it needed to be paid 24 hours before delivery. <br> <br> I tried to pay online but was having issues with my online banking so I tried to phone Cake and bake but their number kept being engaged. <br> <br> Eventually i drove to the shop 24 hours head of delivery to pay for the order and the owner just casually informed me that she cancelled the order becase i hadnt paid yet. I informed her that I had trouble with my online banking and tried to phone to arrange a time to come by and pay. She said: \i had my phone in my apron all day
