No human should be treated this way

I really did not expect to be treated like that from this store. It's so disappointing when you start off being treated so well and they could deliver in such a short amount of time. But a small communication error got me being called a child and being shouted at in the store. I chose cake and bake because out of all the places I called, Mandy was sweet on the phone, accommodating and she was able to slot us in at short notice. It may not mean anything right now but I really was going to book my niece's bday, my parents anniversary cakes and cake making classes there because of the initial reception I got. I am a huge advocate for small businesses who add the extra touch (ask the guy who fixed my computer, the cleaning service I used when we moved into our house or even the company that cut the trees in my yard- I send business their way because of how they treated me) unfortunately, I did not receive that from Cake and Bake. I deal with customers and a lot of them have grievances but you never ever shout at a customer. It's basic business practice. That's the advice I can give Mandy. And you're right, I should've used the other cake company.
