Ice Cream that melted in 5 minutes!

I was very unhappy with the service and goods received from the bakery <br> <br> I ordered a Hello Kitty ice cream cake from the bakery based on a picture she sent me<br> <br> 1. The cake on collection looked nothing like the initial picture sent. This proves that she used pictures of the Internet to advertise rather than pictures of her own work <br> <br> 2. When I arrived to collect the cake the cake was already melting. Sfe had placed it in your neighbors fridge to try and correct<br> <br> 3. Before ordering I asked how long does the cake last out of the fridge and she said after 15 mins it will start melting slightly <br> <br> 4. When she brought the cake out the fridge the face was already skew....the design had moved up due the ice cream melting. This in itself proves that there was a problem before I even took delivery <br> <br> 5. After 5 mins in my car with my aircon on at maximum, on a relatively cool day, 50% of the cake was melted <br> <br> I don't believe that it was fair to blame me for having to travel 35km's with the cake. I calculated the distance and knew that I would be back home in 15-20 mins <br> <br> She is the professional and should have asked the relevant questions before accepting the order <br> <br> Never before, irrespectiv
