Extremely Disappointing Stay at Cajori Hotel

Our experience at Cajori Hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked Room 50, only to find it infested with ****roaches—completely unacceptable for any guest accommodation. To make matters worse, we later received a call accusing us of *****ing guest towels, which is both insulting and absurd. Frankly, we have no interest in taking old towels that have been used by hundreds of people.

The service at breakfast was equally unprofessional. The kitchen staff were rude while we were dining, and instead of prioritizing guests, they helped themselves to food while we were still eating. I was under the impression that hotel staff should wait for guests to eat first, but apparently, that is not the case here. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend Cajori Hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness, professionalism, or basic hospitality.
