Worst service

Hi<br> <br> My watch has been with them for 5 months for a cracked glass on a Tissot's watch, I've been to the store about 5 times in the past couple months and there is always an excuse as to why its not ready. An elderly lady / staff member is rude and agonises us every time we're there. They take no responsibility to follow up with repairs and promise to call but it never happens. <br> <br> They are not a reliable store for repairs and their service levels are unacceptable.<br> <br> I would never use them again !!!
