Watch Band replacement order 0207

I have been waiting for an entire month to have a Fossil watch band ordered and supp****. First contact from the jeweller after 3 weeks of querying and jnitialky requesting a qoute and price quotation colour etc never receiving a photo or anything i was promised delivery this week yet again. Service quite appalling.
