THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I went to Fourways mall hoping to find the "oriental jewlers" shop only to find out that, they are closed. So I was pointed in the direction of Cajees. I gave them my (valuable family hand me down) watch for repairs. I was told that I WILL receive a quote within 21 days (I handed it in on the 30th of July). About 14 days goes by, I have not received a call or an update what s ever, so I thought let me just check in, I was told that I would be phoned back in 5 minutes with a quote. I did not receive a call until I decided to call them back 5 DAYS LATER! again, I was told that I would be phoned back because the lady I spoke to had no clue what was going on. Let's forward to another 5 days later, where I have to take the initiative to call them again!!!!!! By this time the 21 days are up, no one knows who I am or where MY WATCH IS!!! I eventually, on the 25th of August have to get out of work and physically drive to the shop a demand my watch back! which I received only the next day because they had to FIND IT!! how careless can you be?? I don't even care about the amount of time this has taken, all I wanted was to be updated and or speak to someone who f**king knew what was going on. Cajees time zone in Fourways mall. DO NOT USE THEM!! I wish they had closed down instead of the ORIENTAL JEWLERS.
