RUDE SALES REP AND OWNER

About a year ago I bought a watch from C?jees Clearwater as a gift for my brother who stays in Pretoria. The watch has never worked. I took it into the Four ways branch about 4 times. Each time they would return it and it would work for a short time and stop. I constantly had to fetch it from Pretoria. After repetitively taking it into the store, I decided to return it to C?jees Clearwater and they took it in to be fixed. Then I explained to them that everytime I take it in it stops working. The so called owner who calls himself Mr C?jees told me that its fixed leave my shop, pointed at his brain and frowned and said \don't you understand English? Leave". Following this I pointed out that he was being rude and five minutes after we left the store the watch stopped working and the second hand fell off. I went back to show him and a rude lady called Nagisa or Nagifa who refused to give me her name until I called pretending to be another customer. Nagisa or Nagifa accused me of tampering with the watch. I was extremely offended and she hid herself in the back with Mr C?jees. That branch needs training in customer service"""
