Pathetic after sale service

I recently experienced pathetic after sale service for Cajee time zone gateway. Mohammed the manager was arrogant and I received a somewhat assault threat when I went to the store to obtain my watch that went in for repair on the 9th of Feb. I waited 6 weeks as I was advised and I received no contact from them and a few days later the country went on lockdown and I couldn't get any information on my watch.i was told by Mohammed the manager to ask Mr Cyril Ramaphosa for my watch. This shows the lack of customer service and the lack of inexperience by the management of the shop. All that was said by the manager has been recorded and can be made available. I urge everyone who reads this not to deal with Cajee time zone. You will be sorry for the treatment you will receive if you dont accept the incompetence of the manner in which they operate.
