Cajees clearwater poor level of service

Worst service i have ever received at Cajees clearwater. I sent my watch in for a repair on a button. Cajees quoted me to replace the whole watch body and buttons for R1400,00. The watch came back two (2) months later. The buttons where fixed and the body was still the same. First had to argue with the lady and inform her that no work/replacement was done on the body of the watch. The more she explained to me that the job card said the body was replaced (because the jobcard said so, it must have been done. Who are we to argue) the more i said how is this possible if the watch has all my old scratched and dents on it. I stood there for 5 minutes just to prove it to them. The plus side was that the buttons was fixed. I asked them to update the invoice price for the repair of the watch buttons only. They did and it took them two (2) weeks just to get the price down to R999,00. I asked why it was still so expensive and i was informed that they had to replace not only the buttons but the mechanism inside as well (not arguing with what was done). They also did a battery change (one which i did a month prior for about R300,00) and a pressure test. So in essence i paid for two battery replacements and two pressure tests in less than three (3) months. Cajees, please understand me clearly. I will never recommend you to anyone. I will never purchase from you again and I will never bring any of my watches in for repairs. You guys do not pride yourself on service, it is a meat factory. Once a watch is sold and the product is booked in for repairs your interest in your clients disappear completely. It is easy to take our money, but trust me your day will come when all your clients will be non returning clients and you will have to close your doors and look back at the days when you treated your clients like we owe you something.
